Sponsors
Fundraising Opportunities:
Just organise your committee to collect sponsors for races on the day and collect people to come along and enjoy themselves. We will promote your major sponsor on the day.
In Return:
You get revenue from any gate tickets you can pre-sell. For example, if you sell 100 tickets you will make $500. Naming rights to the balance of the racing programme. All supporting races on the day can be sold to sponsors for a fee determined by your club. We suggest you aim for $50.00 to $200.00 per race and you get to keep this too.
Details:
Please note: race names not to exceed 30 characters including spaces. Currently, maximum number of races is ten including the feature race. Please check with us if you wish to have more than ten sponsors.
Raffles:
You receive: the rights to conduct a raffle at the track on the day. The more attractive you can make the raffle the more tickets you will sell. Minimum Raffle Prize $50.00. Get as many of your club members to turn up on the night thereby making it a mutually successful promotion for both clubs!
